читать дальшеDue to the problems they encountered Spock had to perform a mind meld upon Scotty, McCoy and Kirk. He succeeded of course, though he was a bit weary after that. But what bothered him most were the hues of emotions he unintentionally received from the good doctor. Spock was aware of Kirk’s special feelings towards him, naturally. The Vulcan found them fascinating and disturbing, but it gave him a warmth somehow, though he would never make any actions of amorous kind to bring his relationship to a more personal level due to many unknown factors it may awoke.
But he was curtain that he felt something from doctor’s mind… When his hands touched McCoy’s face, he felt a contrasting tingle of emotions – the fear, anticipation, the wish to hide something to mask some thought… This the Vulcan found interesting.
Curiosity was the trace of Spock’s character. Sometimes he felt exasperated with his self, but some of his emotions kept creeping upon his subconscious.
Now Spock wanted to obtain the full data on the strange Doctor’s desire to hide something from him. It might be of an importance for the efficiency of the Sickbay’s work and on the final analyzes for the Enterprise. Therefore it’s not only Spock’s curiosity but his duty as well to find out. Spock lifted one slim eyebrow at his thoughts and proceeded to the Bridge.
